This project is now complete and ready for occupancy, the scope included combining two previous tenant spaces into one to create the Sleep Center.

        

This project consists of a new check cashing store with lottery, Western Union and more.  Be sure to check out our progress, as we post updates soon.  Below is a picture of the existing storefront that will be replaced with a new modern one that will give new life to this 50+ year old shopping mall.

        

Parker Place Gourmet is an upscale Cafe located in historic Riverdale Park, Maryland.

        

This is our third store for The Great Cookie Company, other locations include Towson Town Center Food Court and Mondawmin Mall in Baltimore City.

This project consists of designing a new kiosk for Starbucks Coffee, to replace this existing out-of-date location with a more modern style.  This kiosk is located on the main level.
